head.
Grete-
beck, who served the bank for 41
years, will remain on the bank’s board
of directors. Succeeding him as presi-
dent and CEO is Michael J. Olson.

Egenhoefer Featured in
Business Journal
WAUWATOSA—Eric Egenhoefer,
president and CEO of Waterstone
Mortgage, a subsidiary of Waterstone
Financial, was featured in the April
25 edition of the Milwaukee Business
Journal.
Egenhoefer started Waterstone
Mortgage Corp. in 2004 at age 25. He
has grown the business from three
employees to 680 in 18 states. He was
recently selected as one of the Mil-
waukee Business Journal’s 40 under 40
Winners.

Doug Farmer to
Represent Wisconsin
LA CROSSE—Park Bank CEO Doug
Farmer has been selected to represent
the Wisconsin community banking
industry at the 2nd annual Commu-
nity Banking Conference in St. Louis.
Farmer is a member of the state’s
five-person Banking Review Board
and a member of CSBS, the nation’s
leading supporter for the state bank-
ing system. He will attend the confer-
ence with Peter Bildsten, secretary
of the Wisconsin Department of
Financial Institutions (DFI), and Mike
Mach, Division of Banking adminis-
trator, in September.

selected Matt Kajewski as vice
president and the cor-
respondent officer
primarily focused on
serving Wisconsin.
Kajewski has worked
for the last 16 years at
the Federal Reserve
Bank of Chicago, most
recently as Financial Services Group
Manager in the Business Development
Group. He holds an MBA from Drake
University and a BA in management
and economics from Simpson College.
Kajewski also completed the Federal
Reserve Bank’s “Business Development
University.”
