Oregon Bank Getting a
Makeover
OREGON—Oregon Community
Bank & Trust is getting a makeover.
The bank’s main location at 733 N.
Main Street is closed until December
to complete a remodel that will add
private offices for personal bankers, an
expanded teller line, and an updated
building exterior.
The bank has $187.5 million in
assets, and 37 FTE employees.
Badger Bank Named
Gold Million Dollar
Lender
FORT ATKINSON—The U.S.
Department of Agriculture Rural
Development office in Wisconsin
named Badger Bank as a recipient of
the 2013 Gold Million Dollar Lender
Award. The Award is presented each
year to lenders who have partnered
with, and made a significant contribu-
tion to, supporting Wisconsin rural
residents looking to become home-
owners through the USDA Guaran-
teed Rural Housing (GRH) Program.
In fiscal year 2013, Badger Bank
used more than $2 million of GRH
program funds by financing home
purchases to help moderate income
families in Wisconsin. More than
3,900 families across Wisconsin were
able to purchase a home last year
through the GRH loan program, total-
ing nearly $486.5 million.
The Million Dollar Lender Award is
given at three levels: Silver, Gold, and
Platinum, based on the total amount
of funding utilized by the lender;
Silver level disbursed more than $1
million, Gold level disbursed more
than $2 million, and Platinum level
disbursed more than $5 million dur-
ing the past year.
A locally held institution in its
130th year of service, with assets in
excess of $117 million, Badger Bank
has offices in Fort Atkinson, Cam-
bridge, Johnson Creek, and Jefferson.

BROOKFIELD—Ridgestone Bank
received the Wisconsin SBA Volume
Lender Award at the 25th Annual
Lender’s Conference in the Wisconsin
Dells in June. Ridgestone Bank’s Wis-
consin SBA loans totaled $46.8 million
in fiscal 2013.
